Whether you take a short trip or extended time away, use your Dialwave account with any broadband Internet connection. When staying at a hotel or with friends and family you can make and receive calls using your Internet telephone, telephone adaptor or a "softphone" and a headset connected to any computer. Many phone adaptors and Internet telephones are small enough to travel with and can be connected anywhere in the world. Once connected, you will be ready to make and receive calls as needed. Note: Internet phones and telephone adaptors might require a "router" to use the Internet connection. Learn more about downloading a free "softphone" which can be used when using a device is impractical.

Dialwave also offers prepaid calling through Calling Card Access Numbers located around the world. You can make calls using a convenient access number similar to a traditional Phone Card. Setup a PIN number or the PINLESS feature through the online User Control Panel.

How it Works

• Create your PIN or activate the PINLESS feature by logging into the user Control Panel, Virtual Numbers tab.
• Click "Set up Calling Card Access" to view the Calling Card Setup Page.
• Configure your calling card features and view access numbers as described.
